"In the most blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist "the Body and Blood, together with the Soul and Divinity, of our Lord Jesus Christ and, therefore, the whole Christ is truly, really, and substantially contained." (Catechism of the Catholic Church, §1374)

Eucharistic adoration is a central focus at St. Peter's, as we are invited to spend time directly with our Lord physically present in the Blessed Sacrament. There are two occasions:

• Every Thursday the Blessed Sacrament will be present in the monstrance for adoration in honor of the Year for Priests. Times for this are from 12:45 p.m. until 7:00. From 5:00–7:00 p.m. each Thursday, a different St. Peter's ministry will be invited to pray before the Lord.
  
• On the first Monday of each month, our Lord will be exposed after the 12:10 Mass for adoration. Then, at 6:30, we will pray the rosary before the monstrance, followed by benediction.
