Young at Heart – This is a group of Seniors who organize various activities. One regularly scheduled activity is a pot luck lunch on the second Wednesday of every month after the 12:10 Mass. Contact Doreen on extension 106 for more information.
Visiting the Homebound – Many of our faithful parishioners are unable to get out and go to Mass. The BeFriender’s Ministry brings communion to them and spends time visiting. In some cases, the Befriender minister will be the only person they see all week; the only love they receive. If you’re needing a minister or you’d like to be a minister, please contact Doreen on extension 106.
Bonell & Other Nursing Homes – St. Peter’s support Mass, in-room communion, dinners and other activities at Bonell and other local nursing homes. If you’re needing a minister or you’d like to be a minister, please contact Doreen on extension 106.
Wisdom of the Grandparents – this program gathers lide’s lessons learned from our Seniors and will soon publish them. Contact David on extension 104 for more information.
Quilters – These ladies meet each Friday afternoon for quilting, fellowship (and eating!). Contact Sandy on extension 101 for more information.
Helping Hands – Many of our seniors need help around the house, in the yard and in getting rides. If you need help or would like to help, contact David on extension 104.
